A teacher for 21 years, Ellen O’Neil started her real estate career eight years ago. Since 2014, she has been in real estate fulltime and now has her broker’s license and has launched her own agency.
O’Neil said it is a great honor to help families with the largest purchase they will probably ever make in their lives.
“I take my work seriously and am skillful in individualizing the service I provide to meet the needs of each client,” she said.
O’Neil partners with her husband, a licensed home builder and owner of Classic Carpentry, to provide that added value that many clients are looking for.
“He consults with me on every transaction, whether it is regarding repairs to do after an inspection or quoting the cost of renovations and additions to clients,” she said. They also provide a service called “Renovate or Relocate” to clients who are unsure if they want to sell their home or just renovate it to fit their needs.
